Dr. Rogelio Garrote was born and raised in Miami. He attended Florida International University for his undergraduate degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. He then attended Nova Southeastern University in Broward County for his doctorate DMD degree.
Dr Garrote has continued his education into the future by taking various courses in dental implantology, cosmetic dentistry and digital dentistry. Dr Garrote strives to provide his patients with ethically and professionally sound oral healthcare. He has lived his life in southeastern Florida and has a special affection for the location and its people. The ocean, weather and rich culture have always made this place his home.
Dr Garrote’s hobbies include playing video games, watching movies or popular shows, boating, and traveling with his wife.

Dr. Eilyn Rivero, Family and Cosmetic Dentist
Dr. Rivero was born and raised in Venezuela, where she became a Dentist in 2002 at Universidad Santa Maria. Following dental school, she moved to Chile to continue with her education on Prosthodontics at Universidad de Valparaiso, where she enjoyed and learned about its people, food, and culture.
She returned to Valencia Venezuela and worked as a Prosthodontist for 4 years and also as a Professor at Universidad Jose Antonio Paez, where she discovered her passion for teaching.
Dr. Rivero moved to the United States in 2011 and pursued her dream of becoming a Dentist in this country. She completed her Advanced Education in General Dentistry Program at the University of Florida in 2021, where she had the opportunity to be the Chief Resident and share a very nice experience, treating patients providing them good care and rapport.
Dr. Rivero enjoys spending time with her husband and her son. She likes outdoor activities, going to the beach, traveling, and spending quality time with family.
Dr. Ninoska Perez Enez, Endodontist
Dr. Perez Enez has more than 10 years of experience in field and works to exceed your expectations with personalized attention.
Born in Caracas / Venezuela. Dr. Perez Enez attended to Central University of Venezuela and she graduated as a General Dentist in 2001. In 2008 she finished her Master Degree in Endodontics.
In 2018 She chose to attend a two- year General Practice Residency at University of Miami - Jackson Memorial Hospital, Florida. While in Nova University and Gainesville, She successfully passed the Florida Dental License Examination in 2020 . Dr. Perez Enez has worked in a well known Hospital in Venezuela (Orthopedist Children Hospital) as an Endodontist and in a Specialists Dental Group private practice location in Altamira - Caracas, from 2008 to 2015.
Since 2018 she has been working at the Jackson Memorial Hospital, the General Practice Residency has been a great learning experience for Dr. Perez Enez, and she continues to participate in multiple clinical and continuing education courses on yearly basis.
Dr. Lucas
Dr. Lucas graduated magna cum laude from Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. He then went on to graduate from the Nova Southeastern University Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics residency program.
Dr. Lucas is excited to practice and collaborate with Dr. Garrote and Dr. Rivero. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, friends, and his miniature dachshund Ash. He also enjoys live music, cinema, tennis, and traveling.
